FlexiOH® Ulnar Gutter Immobilizer

The washable FlexiOH® Ulnar Gutter Immobilizer is made of a particularly light material and was specially designed for the immobilization of metacarpal and finger fractures. Thanks to the open areas, good air circulation is ensured. Unlike conventional plaster casts, unpleasant sweating is reduced so that, in combination with a biocompatible and soft padding that separates the skin from the splint, neither injuries nor irritation of the skin occur.

After the correct size has been selected, the OrthoHeal orthopaedic immobilization can be easily attached to the patient's arm. This work step is accelerated and facilitated by the practical zip feature. Removal of the orthopaedic aid is also possible in this way without additional devices such as plaster saws or plaster spreaders. In addition, the FlexiOH® Ulnar Gutter Immobilizer can also be worn during X-rays during progress checkups.
