FlexiOH® Short Arm Immobilizer

The washable and particularly lightweight FlexiOH® Short Arm Immobilizer was specially designed for immobilizing closed wrist and forearm fractures. The open areas ensure optimal air circulation, which minimizes uncomfortable sweating. In combination with the biocompatible padding, the innovative all-round cast effectively prevents irritation and injury to the skin and ensures a high level of wearer comfort over the long term.

The OrthoHeal orthopaedic immobilizer features a convenient zip fastener that allows for quick application and removal without the need for additional equipment such as plaster saws or plaster spreaders. Once the FlexiOH® Short Arm Immobilizer has been correctly positioned, it is cured within 3 to 10 minutes using the Rizycure® light device, available separately. Thanks to its radiolucency, it is not necessary to remove the splint for X-ray examination during checkups and can therefore remain on the arm until the fracture is completely healed.
