3M™ Promogran™

The 3M™ Promogran™ dressing is composed of 55% collagen and 45% oxidising regenerating cellulose in sterile freeze-dried formulation. It maintains a moist wound environment, promotes epithelialisation and granulation tissue formation to accelerate wound healing.
